A solo travel photoshoot in Thailand is 30 minutes with a local photographer at one location — a second with the +30 min add-on ($59) — from $79, with 20 edited photos in a private gallery within 48–72 hours. Help with outfit choice and posing comes beforehand, so you arrive knowing what to wear.
It suits people travelling alone who have a phone full of selfies and nothing that shows them in the place. The photographer knows the spots and the easy way to reach them — the Old Town shophouses and a viewpoint on Phuket, temple lanes and cafés in Chiang Mai, the riverside and Chinatown in Bangkok, or a quiet bay on Samui. Temples need covered shoulders and knees, so plan one outfit that works for both.
Shoot at sunrise or in the last ninety minutes before sunset; midday light is harsh and the heat shows in every frame. On the Andaman coast from May to October, and on the Gulf from October to December, expect short afternoon showers and keep the morning as a back-up. A same-day preview (+$29) gives you ten edited photos that evening.
